(2)If the Trust is satisfied that the developer has failed to [provide] [Substituted by Amended Notification No. F. 7(6)/TP/11/74, dated 26-12-1977, Published in Rajasthan Gazette Part IV-C (1), dated 5-1-1979, page 234.] these services and amenities of the area to the standard as required by it, the Trust may incur such expenses as may be necessary to put the sendees and amenities of area to the required standard and may charge these expenses from the developer.
