36. Transparency Systems.
(1)It shall be the duty of the Appropriate Authorities in the area of their jurisdiction to create an effective and citizen-friendly transparency.(2)The minimum content, periodicity, and other details of the information to be put out proactively.(3)All requests for information within a district shall be fulfilled within reasonable period.
