Section 55(1) in The Maharashtra Specified Co-operative Societies Elections to Committees Rules, 1971
(1)The ballot papers taken out of each ballot box [and those (if any) received by postal ballot] [Inserted by G.N. of 1.9.1973.] shall be arranged in convenient bundles and scrutinised.
