Section 65 in Puducherry Town and Country Planning Act, 1969
65. Authentication of orders and documents of the Board and the Planning Authority.
- All permissions, orders, decisions, notices and other documents of the Board and Planning Authority shall be authenticated by the signature of the Secretary to the Board or the Planning Authority or such other officer as may be authorised by the Board or the Planning Authority in this behalf.
