Section 8(1) in The Maharashtra Textile Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1982
(1)The State Government shall deposit, in cash, in the Court, to the credit of Messrs. Vijay Manufacturing Company (Private) Limited, Badnera, an amount equal to the sum of rupees twenty lakhs (Rs. 20 lakhs) for the transfer to, and vesting in, the State Government, under sub-section (1) of section 3, of the undertaking of the said Company.
