Section 1 in The U.P. Co-Operative Processing Units and Cold Storage Centralised Service Rules, 1981
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)These Rules may be called the Uttar Pradesh Co-operative Processing Units and Cold Storage Centralised Service Rules, 1981.(2)These rules shall come into force with effect from the date of their publication in the Gazette.(3)These rules shall apply to Societies as defined in sub-rule (9) of rule 2.
