Section 9(1) in The Punjab Laws (Special Provisions) Act, 2016
(1)Any person intending to get unauthorized colony or plot or building regularized under this Act, shall apply in writing to the competent authority for permission in such form containing such particulars and accompanied by such documents and plans, as may be specified by the competent authority.
