Section 2(4) in The M.P. State Aid to Industries Act, 1958
(4)"Industry" means any industrial business or enterprise involving any manufacturing process or operation conducted or undertaken either by an individual or by a company, association or body of individuals, whether incorporated or not; [and includes a Marketing Society, a Processing Society and a Resource Society within the meaning of the Madhya Pradesh Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 (17 of 1961] [Inserted by M.P. Act No. 21 of 1961.];
