2. Amendment of section 9 of Act 52 of 1974 .

In the Conservation of Foreign Exchange and Prevention of Smuggling Activities Act, 1974 , in section 9, in sub- section 1, for the figures, letters and words" 31st day of July, 1996 ", the figures, letters and words" 31st day of July, 1999 " shall be substituted.
