6. Meetings.
(1)The Registrar shall be the Member-Secretary to the Academic Council and shall attend its meetings without right to vote.(2)One-fourth of the voting members of the Academic Council shall constitute the quorum.(3)The Academic Council shall meet at least two times in a calendar year.(4)The Academic Council may adopt its own rules of procedure for scheduling and conduct of its meetings.
