Section 45 in The Bidhan Chandra Krishi (Viswavidyalaya) Act, 1974.
45. Transfer of accumulations in provident fund. -
The sums at the credit of the provident fund accounts of the employees referred to in sub-section (1) of section 44 shall be transferred to the University and the liability in respect of the said sums shall thereafter be the liability of the University.
