Section 7(2) in The Bihar Motor Transport Workers Rules, 1962
(2)An employer shall, within thirty days of the day when the cause of amendment arose, submit to the Chief Inspector or an Inspector duly authorised by him in this behalf an application stating the nature of amendment and reasons therefor.
