Section 8(1) in The National Oilseeds And Vegetable Oils Development Board Act, 1983
(1)There shall be a Managing Committee of the Board for the purpose of exercising such of the powers and performing such of the functions of the Board as may be prescribed or as the Board may delegate to it.
