(4)The person or body of persons managing every tutorial institution so registered shall give intimation to the prescribed officer and the District Education Officer, of any change in any of the particulars furnished under sub-section (1), or of closure of the institution, in such form, in such manner and within such time as may be prescribed, and the prescribed officer shall on receipt of such intimation, amend the register referred to in sub-section (2) and the registration certificate wherever necessary, or as the case may be, cancel the certificate, and notify the same.
