Section 5 in The Punjab Local Authorities Laws (Exercise of Power) Act, 1953
5. Removal of difficulties.
- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of any of the enactments specified in the Schedules of this Act or any rule made there under, the State Government shall be competent to issue necessary instructions by means of a general or special order for the purposes of removing the same.
