Section 6(1) in Orissa Prevention of Blackmarketing and Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities (Conditions off Preventive Detention) Order, 1979
(1)The Superintendent of the Jail may, in his discretion, direct that detenu shall be locked up at night not later than one after the general lock-up time.
