Section 65 in The Maharashtra Specified Co-operative Societies Elections to Committees Rules, 1971
65. Inspection of account and the obtaining of copies thereof.
- Any person shall, on payment of a fee of one rupee, be entitled to inspect any such account and on payment of such fee as may be fixed by the Collector in this behalf, be entitled to obtain attested copies of such account or of any part thereof.
