Section 34(1) in The Gujarat Ayurved University Act, 1965
(1)The rights conferred on an institution by approval may be withdrawn or suspended for any period by the Syndicate if the institution has failed to observe any conditions of its approval or the work assigned to it is conducted in a manner which is prejudicial to the interests of education, or the teacher recognised by the University leaves the institution.
