Section 12 in The Bombay Entertainments Duty Rules, 1958
12. Torn, etc., stamps.
- Save as otherwise, provided in these rules no ticket bearing a stamp that has been torn, defaced or otherwise marked or mutilated shall be issued by the proprietor of an entertainment: and the proprietor shall, within ten days after the date of the entertainment, submit all such tickets along with counterfoils, submitted under sub-rule (4) of rule 11 to the prescribed officer.
