By virtue of the notification No. HHC/PJ/93­1­ 28469­82, dated 17.10.2022, issued by the High Court of Himachal Pradesh, pecuniary jurisdiction of the Civil Courts has been increased.

2. Keeping in view the said notification, the present case is ordered to be transferred to the Court of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Shimla, District Shimla, H.P. 1 Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes.
