1. Exemption is granted, subject to all just exceptions.
2. The Petitioners shall file legible and clearer copies of exempted documents, compliant with practice rules, before the next date of hearing.

4. Petitioner seeks parity with the interim orders being passed by this Court in matters relating to subvention scheme. At the outset, counsel for Respondents states that Petitioner is not entitled to any benefit of such orders as the instant case does not relate to a subvention scheme, instead Petitioner had availed a term loan qua which, the Respondent - Bank has initiated proceedings before the DRT. Even for that reason, the instant petition is not maintainable.
5. Issue notice. Mr. Rajesh Kumar, Mr. Ramesh Babu and Mr. O.P. Gaggar, accept notice on behalf of Respondents No. 1, 2 and 3, respectively. Let counter affidavit(s) be filed within a period of two weeks from today along with a brief note of written submissions by both the parties. Rejoinder(s) thereto, if any, be filed before the next date of hearing.
6. Issue notice to the remaining Respondents, by all permissible modes, upon filing of process fee, returnable on 25th August, 2022.
