41. Information on standards of performance.
- The Authority may in consultation with licensees and if deemed fit, with such other persons as it thinks necessary, prescribe by regulations the circumstances in which the licensees shall inform the consumers of gas of their rights in relation to distribution to them and compensation to be paid by the licensees to the consumers for any delay or default committed by the licensees in distribution to consumers.
