Section 77 in The West Bengal Housing Industry Regulation Act, 2017
77. Delegation.
- The Authority may, by general or special order in writing, delegate to any member, officer of the Authority or any other person subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified in the order, such of its powers and functions under this Act (except the power to make regulations under section 81), as it may deem necessary.
