(3)The Board shall have the power to appoint such other committees as it consider necessary for the exercise of its powers and performance of its functions under this Act:Provided that any such committee appointed under this sub-section shall not be given powers and functions prejudicial to the Senate, the Finance Committee and the Buildings and Works Committee.
