122. Payment of [property tax] [Words substituted by West Bengal Act 17 of 1995.] in quarterly instalments.
- Save as otherwise provided in this Act, the [property tax] [Words substituted by West Bengal Act 17 of 1995.] on any land or building under this Chapter shall be paid by the person liable for the payment therefor in quarterly instalments.
