Section 21(2) in Haryana Murrah Buffalo and Other Milch Animal Breed Rules, 2002
(2)The defaulting amount shall be considered to have been cleared only after both the principal and interest has been completely paid and the interest on delayed payment calculated on monthly rests basis shall be added monthly on the defaulting amount.
