Section 2(5) in Bombay Primary Education Act, 1947
(5)"To attend an approved school" means to be present for instruction at such school on such day and at such time and for such period on each day as may be required under the regulations framed by the school board;[(5A) "Authorised Officer" means such officer as the State Government may, by order appoint.]
