(c)with fine which may extend to ten rupees for every day during which the contravention continues after the receipt of a notice from the [Board] [Substituted by Act 24 of 1936, S.69, for "Cantonment Authority" ] by the person contravening the bye-law requiring such person to discontinue such contravention.
