2 27-02-2020The issue raised in the present writ petition is no more res integra. Similar issue was examined and decided by this Court in CWJC No. 16165 of 2019 (Kishor Kumar & Ors. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) vide order dated 09-08-2019.
In order to maintain consistency, the present writ Patna High Court CWJC No.4189 of 2020(2) dt.27-02-2020 10/10 petition is disposed of in terms of the decision dated 09-08-2019 in CWJC No. 16165 of 2019.
The respondent-Director, Primary Education to examine the claim of the petitioners for grant of trained scale with effect from July, 2016 or the relevant date admissible in the light of the principles discussed in CWJC No. 16165 of 2019. Necessary decision in this regard must be taken by the respondents with all consequential benefits within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
