Section 43(a) in Amended Bye-Laws of the Pradeshik Co-operative Dairy Federation Limited
(a)Out of annual net profits the Federation shall -(i)transfer an amount not less than 25 per cent to a fund to be called the reserve fund, and(ii)credit not less than 1 per cent to the Co-operative Education Fund to be established in accordance with the Rules:
