Section 112B(8) in The Maharashtra Co-Operative Societies Act, 1960
(8)Without prejudice to the other provisions relating to the procedure at the meeting of the committee as maybe laid down by rules or bye-laws made in that behalf, one-third of the total number of members of the committee shall form the quorum at any meeting of the committee. '
