Section 15(1) in National Law School of India Act, 1986
(1)Notwithstanding that the General Council, the Executive Council, the Academic Council or any other authority or body of the School is not duly constituted or there is a defect in its constitution or reconstitution at any time and notwithstanding that there is a vacancy in the membership of any such authority or body, no act or rule or proceedings of such authority or body shall be invalidated on any such ground or grounds.
