210. Approval of building sites and sanction of plan for erection of building.
- No piece of land shall be used as a site for the erection of a building unless such site has been so approved and no building shall be erected unless a building plan has been sanctioned for the same in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter and of any rule, regulation or bye-law made under this Act.
