Section 2 in The Disaster Management (Annual Report Of National Authority) Rules, 2006
2. Definitions .-(1) In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,-
(a)"Act" means the Disaster Management Act, 2005 (53 of 2005);(b)"Annual Report" means the Annual Report of the National Authority under sub-section (1) of section 70;(c)"financial year" means the financial year commencing from 1st April each year and ending on 31st March of the following year;(d)"section" means a section of the Act.
