Order 21/01/2021 In wake of onslaught of COVID-19, abundant caution is being taken while hearing the matters in Court.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertent drafting error, in the petitioner's address name of district came to be mentioned as 'Jalore' in place of 'Nagaur'.
The application for the reasons mentioned therein is allowed. The address and particulars of petitioner shall now be read as "Kaluram Manish S/o Champalal, Aged About 26 Years, Village Ren, Tehsil Merta City, Nagaur" in place of "Kaluram Manish S/o Champalal, Aged About 26 Years, Village Ren, Tehsil Merta City, Jalore" in the bail order dated 11.01.2021. Rest of the order shall remain as it is.
