10. The Member-Secretary.
(1)The Secretary (Education) appointed by the Government shall be Member Secretary of the Council.(2)The Member Secretary shall be responsible for the co-ordination of the academic functions of the Council.(3)The Member Secretary shall exercise such other powers and perform such other functions as may be prescribed.
