Section 60(5) in The Chhattisgarh Motor Vehicles Rules, 1994
(5)If the vehicle, reported to be stolen, is recovered the police station which recovered the vehicle shall intimate the fact in Form C.G.M.V.R.-39 (MVTRR) to the State Transport Authority and the Registering Authority concerned.
