Section 28 in The Assam Co-operative Societies Rules, 1953
28. Election of Directions in a Society having Managing Bodies other than Elected ones.
- After the commencement of this Rule the existing members of ad hoc Administrative Council. Managing Body or Board of Directors which are constituted otherwise than by election shall retire at the next meeting of the General Assembly and the vacancies so caused shall be filled up by election in the said meeting.
