(1)In making Ordinances, the [Executive Council] [Throughout the Act for the words 'Board of Management' the words 'Executive Council' substituted by Act No.13 of 1995.] shall consult the Academic Senate when such Ordinances affect the appointment and duties of examiners or the conditions of residence of students.
