Section 5(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Compensatory Afforestation Fund Rules, 2018
(1)With effect from such date as the Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette appoint in this behalf, there shall be constituted a State Authority to be called the "Jammu and Kashmir State Compensatory Afforestation Fund Management and Planning Authority."
