78. Power to grant leave to officers and servants of a Municipality.
(1)The Chairperson may grant leave to all officers and servants of Municipality appointed by him.(2)The Executive Officer, the Engineer and the Health Officer shall have power to grant leave to the servants of the Municipality appointed by them.
