Section 58(8)(a) in The Sidho-Kanho-Birsha University Act, 2010

(a)section 59 shall stand repealed and thereupon the Sidho-Kanho-Birsha University Council referred in sub-section (I) of the said section, and all bodies and all committees constituted by the said Council shall stand dissolved;
