602. Bedding of prisoners in cells, Cell to be kept clean.
(1)The bedding of every prisoner in a cell shall, subject to any order given in special cases by the Medical Officer, be exposed to the sun and air daily when the weather permits.(2)Every occupant of a cell shall be responsible for its cleanliness.
