Section 35A(3) in The State Bank Of India (Subsidiary Banks) Act, 1959
(3)[The Central Government] [Substituted by Act 17 of 2011.] may issue such directions to the Administrator as it may deem appropriate and the Administrator shall be bound to follow such directions.
