The Court : GA No.2267 of 2013 is an application for reconstruction
of the papers pertaining to AP No.291 of 2009.
GA No.2267 of 2013 is allowed by permitting the petitioner to file
reconstructed papers, upon having the papers verified by the respondents, within
a fortnight from date, whereupon the reconstructed papers will be treated as original till the originals are traced out.
AP No.291 of 2009 will appear as a new motion a fortnight hence. There will be no order as to costs.
