Section 46(2) in U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Rules, 1954
(2)All cuttings and overwritings in the [Provisional Consolidation Scheme] [Added by Notification No. 437-CH/I-E-256-61, dated 25.3.1964.] shall be initialled and dated by the person responsible for them and also by the Assistant Consolidation Officer. An Errata List in C.H. Form 6-B shall be prepared in duplicate in respect of the provisional Consolidation Scheme. A Copy of the Errata List shall be sent to the Consolidation Officer for record in his office.
