Mr. Krishna, counsel defending the respondents, states that against the orders of this Tribunal, non-compliance whereof has been complained in present contempt petition, a writ was filed by the respondents in which operation of the orders of the Tribunal has been stayed.
2. In view of the statement made by Mr. Krishna, counsel defending the respondents, present contempt petition is closed with liberty to the applicant to file fresh contempt petition, if the occasion may so arise.
