Section 26(5) in The Bihar Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling Area and Acquisition of Surplus Land) Rules, 1963
(5)The records shall be kept in charge of the Collector who has prepared the roll and he shall give every reasonable facility to all persons concerned for inspecting the roll.
