11. Time and place of examination.
- The examination shall be held at Calcutta, Bombay, Madras, Goa, Cochin, Visakhapatnam and Jamnagar from time to time the date, time and schedule of the examinations shall be intimated on the notice board of the office of the Mercantile Marine Department of the Port concerned.
