Section 22(1) in Tamil Nadu Exhibition of Films on Television Screen Through Video Cassette Recorders and Cable Television Network (Regulation) Rules, 1984
(1)Every application for the renewal of the licence for exhibition of film on Television screen through Video Cassette Recorder [or through Cable Television Network] [Inserted by G.O. Ms. No. 1682, Home (Cinema-B) Department, dated the 11th November 1991.] and for Video Library shall be made one month before the expiry of the period for which the licence was granted:[Provided that the licensing authority may admit an application for renewal of the licence till the last date of expiry of licence on payment of an additional fee of Rs. 250 (Rupees two hundred and fifty only).] [Inserted by G.O.
